PropertyRestoration.pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the property damage cost calculator and contractor lead marketplace at propertyrestoration.pro. We are based in the United States. For privacy questions, contact us at leads@propertyrestoration.pro.

2. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when using our services:

• Property owners: Name, phone number, email address, and property ZIP code when you request contractor quotes through our calculator.
• Contractors: Company name, contact name, phone, email, state, ZIP code, service radius, license numbers, insurance details, and IICRC certification status when you register on our contractor platform.
• Calculator inputs: Property type, damage type, square footage, region, severity, and building age — used solely to generate your cost estimate. This data is stored with your lead record to help contractors understand your situation.
• Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location (city level). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.

3. How we use your information

For property owners, we use your information to:

• Connect you with licensed and vetted restoration contractors in your area
• Send you a copy of your damage assessment report if requested
• Communicate with you about your service request

For contractors, we use your information to:

• Verify your license, insurance, and business credentials
• Match and deliver leads that fall within your service area and specialties
• Process payments for lead claims via Stripe
• Communicate account status, lead availability, and platform updates

4. How we share your information

We share property owner contact information exclusively with the single licensed contractor who claims your lead. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party beyond the contractor match.

We use the following trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Airtable — lead and contractor data storage (airtable.com)
• Stripe — payment processing for contractor lead purchases (stripe.com)
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage analytics (google.com/analytics)
• Formspree — email report delivery (formspree.io)

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data retention

Property owner lead records are retained for 24 months from the date of submission and then permanently deleted. Contractor records are retained for the duration of the contractor relationship plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing leads@propertyrestoration.pro.

6. Your rights (CCPA & general)

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any future communications

To exercise any of these rights, email leads@propertyrestoration.pro with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 10 business days.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use a single localStorage flag on your device to prevent duplicate form submissions within a 24-hour period. This is not a cookie and does not track you across other websites. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure anonymous site usage — you can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

8. Data security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Lead and contractor records are stored in Airtable with access restricted to authorized personnel only. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and we never store card numbers on our servers.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately at leads@propertyrestoration.pro.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
