How quickly do leads come in after I register?

Do I need to be IICRC certified?
It depends on your state and the work you do. Many states do not require a GC license for water damage restoration under certain job value thresholds. Mold remediation licensing is required in Florida, New York, Texas, Louisiana, Illinois, Maryland, DC, and a few others. When you select your state in the registration form, we show you exactly what your state requires based on current data from state licensing boards. Regardless of state requirements, all contractors must carry general liability insurance and be licensed or registered per their local rules.
How is the lead price determined?
Lead price is based on the estimated job value calculated by the property owner using our tool — which is sourced from IICRC S500 and Xactimate-aligned data. A $38,000 estimated job is a Tier 3 lead at $300. You see the estimated value before you pay, so you always know the expected ROI.
What happens if the lead's contact information is wrong?
If the phone number is invalid, the email bounces, or the address is wrong, you get a full refund with no penalty. Just email us within 48 hours of claiming with the issue. We verify reports and process refunds within 1 business day.
Can I set a monthly budget or pause my account?
Yes — once you're set up you can set a monthly spend cap and pause or resume lead delivery at any time. We don't lock you into contracts. You buy leads when you want them.
